You create your listing using our simple and quick online form. Write unlimited text and display up to 12 photos. Within 10 minutes your property could be live on our site. You can start your listing now and finish it at anytime you like today, tomorrow, next week or even next month. You can log back into your listing at anytime and change the description, price or photos.

Step 2 : We publish your property on the major property sites

Normally within 24 hours we list your property on all the major property websites including Rightmove, Zoopla, FindaProperty and Primelocation. Ask any tenant were they search for property to rent and they say one of these sites.

Step 3 : We receive tenant enquiries

Enquires from tenants come directly to us either via email or phone. We log these enquires against your property. We introduce you to the tenants that request a viewing.

Step 4 : You meet the tenants and conduct viewings

You arrange with the tenant a convenient time for the viewing and get to meet them directly. This allows you to screen tenants yourself and choose the best tenant.

Step 5 : We reference check the tenants (optional)

We can reference and credit check the tenant. This is at no cost to the Landlord and is payable by the tenant. The Landlord will see the report produced and can decide whether to accept or reject the tenant based on this report. We strongly suggest you insist on this with tenants to give you peace of mind.

Step 6 : We produce the tenancy agreement (optional)

Once you are happy with the tenant(s) we can produce the tenancy agreement for a small charge.
